Shipping Policy
We will ship all in stock orders within two working days if humanly possible. We can not always meet those requirements and will try to tell you when that will happen. We can only ship to a verifiable address in the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Shipping and handling cost are calculated based on the total purchased
amount. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, should you
decide to return an undamaged item to us. A $2.00 handling service
charge is applied for orders under $25.00. This charge is NOT for
shipping, but helps defray the cost of packing and handling small
orders. You must still add shipping costs to your order.
Return Policy
We guarantee that all products you buy is free of defects.
Non-defective merchandise returns will incure a 20% restocking fee, and
must be returned within 30 days.
Any items returned to us past 30 days will not be refunded.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify
for the return acceptance.
- Merchandise must be in its original inner quantity. Broken quantity inner
packs are not returnable.
- Sample items are not returnable.
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no
markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return
policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. Within 30 days after
order receipt, you may return any unused product that is defective. Please contact our store within 30 days and email us a
picture of the damage item and contact Returns@SeaCut.com or call (206)441 8988 to receive a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and
your claim will be processed immediately.
Then, write this number on the packing slip and include it with your returned item. Finally, send the package to:
